Domestic office market decline in demand,while Beijing-shanghai rent level rise

DaiDeLiang line and the 1st Savills respectively published the Asia-pacific and the

Shanghai office market operation report of the third quarter of this year. The data showed that, in the Asia Pacific region, the office market continued to be affected by the global economy slowed, including China, Singapore, South Korea, and the office market has appeared in the decline in demand situation.

 

However, large commercial city among the Asia-pacific region,

Beijing and Shanghai grade office rentals remained stable to go up, but rise are down from their recent highs.

 

As the enterprise reduced scale expansion, the lease demand slows. Shanghai,

Beijing central business district rent increase began to ease. The research charge of China region of DaiDeLiang line JiYanxun pointed out, China's economic data in the third quarter declined, and large enterprises slowed down the pace of expansion, this can be seen from office rent.
